On July 16, 2025, representatives of the Kvemo Kartli Regional Development Agency participated in the Georgian-Turkish forum Despite Everything, organized by the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The forum was attended by Mariam Kvrivishvili, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia; Omer Bolati, Minister of Trade of the Republic of Turkey; Giorgi Pertaia, President of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Nail Olfak, President of the Turkish Council of Foreign Economic Relations; and others.
Over 250 companies participated in the event, including approximately 150 from Georgia and 70 from Turkey, representing the following sectors: construction | logistics | energy | finance | shipbuilding and restoration | textile industry | IT services | trade | tourism | medicine and pharmaceuticals.
The forum included B2B meetings to discuss cooperation opportunities, investment interests, and ways to develop partnerships.
